Marketing and notifications
By entering your phone number in the checkout and initialising a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. Text marketing messages will not exceed 4 a month. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase.

Returns
If you aren't 100% happy with your pillow, we are proud to offer a hassle-free full refund policy.
Our 100-day return policy gives you the flexibility to return or exchange your purchase within 100 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and it must be in its original packaging. Please note that the packaging does not need to be unopened, as long as it is still in its original condition.
To process your return, we require a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. We're here to make the return process as seamless as possible for you. If you need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or there was an error on the part of the Company. In the event of a defective product or Company error, the Company will provide a refund of the cost of return shipping once the product has been sent back.
If a customer chooses to return a non-defective product for any reason other than an error on the part of the Company, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Additionally, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. Once the Company receives proof of postage from the customer, the Company will reimburse the customer for the postage cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

Processing & Shipping times
Note that processing times are not included in Shipping times. It is the time we need to verify your order, tailor it, provide last minute quality checks and pack.
All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within an hour of your order placement. Please allow an additional 24 hours for your orders to be processed before they are shipped by the fastest and most affordable shipping methods, from the closest warehouse to your shipping address.
Order Tracking
When your order is dispatched, you will have received a tracking number along with the confirmation of your delivery. Shipping to remote locations
We are committed to solving global sleeping issues with our Groove® products, which is why we are continuing to offer coverage to as many parts of the world as possible. As delays are highly possible, please allow additional time for delivery in addition to the estimated shipping time - especially if you live in a remote location.
Undelivered packages
If a package is not deliverable and returned to us, note that we are unable to re-ship it without an additional shipment payment from the customer. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Store-credit will be sent (excluding shipping costs amounting up to $30.00 USD) to the customer’s account.
Customs fees
We do not take responsibility for any import fees such as VAT, fees must be paid by yourself. If you live in the United Kingdom or the United States, there will be no requirement for you to pay import fees. Depending on your order value, there may be a requirement if you live in a country not listed here. If you are unsure if your order is applicable for import fees, please check your local government’s website and note that international orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in the United Kingdom.
Shipping preferences
Your shipping address can be modified on your checkout page. If you have a change to your shipping address after placing an order, you can send us an email. Please note, however, that once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping address.
