40 years ago, at age 36, I started to have terrible headaches. My doctor suggested a cervical pillow. I tried many different types of cervical pillows and none worked. Finally, I started to sleep with only a rolled-up bath towel under my neck with my head directly on the mattress. Not that comfortable but no headaches. I've been doing that for at least 35 years. I decided to try the Groove pillow and to my amazement, it worked. I'm sleeping better and more comfortably and no headaches. Thank you!!

I have found the pillow very comfortable and it has significantly reduced my stiff neck issues. From my experience I would definitely recommend the purchase of this pillow and giving it a try if you are having stiff neck issues.

Bought this on reccomend of my daughter who purchased one after having an injury to neck and shoulder . Had not been able to find a position to sleep comfortable but this pillow is a game changer . My issue was neck ache but resolved within a couple of days . The only problem I had was working out which was the appropriate way round for a side sleeper , blame my age. Daughter sorted me out 😂Have purchased another one so she has one here for when she visits so does not need to bring hers .
