    I got a trapped nerve in my neck 3 months ago and it happened in night due to constantly turning to get comfortable. It was most painful thing ove had and lasted nearly 4 months. I bought this to help my neck. I sleep great now and im not constantly turning I can highly recommend

    As a side sleeper I have been through numerous pillows. My partner discovered Groove and swore by them. Me being me looked for cheaper option and other solutions.. know and behold 5 uncomfortable pillows later and I treated myself...best thing I have ever done.     Good result

    I’ve had the pillow for a couple of weeks and although it took about a week to feel comfortable I can now feel the difference in my stiff neck. I had trouble before with pain when turning my neck both sides but this has definitely improved since getting the pillow.
