I have suffered with a stiff neck on and off for months and have been paying for pricey physio and I still kept waking up every 3/4 weeks in pain and had about 10 days before it went away. I bought this pillow in the desperate hope it would do something, I sleep on my back and side and when I first got the Groove pillow I felt quite uncomfortable for the first 3-4 nights as I wasn't used to the support as I'd always had cheap soft pillows. Now I have been pain free for weeks and feel so rested and my neck is supported which feels amazing after a long day sat at my desk - I am really thrilled I bought it! I can sleep on my back or left side without pain and if I over do it at the gym or pilates I feel like the pillow really helps, I go to bed with a slight twinge and wake up feeling great - I think it's from the pillow giving me the correct support and position to stop stiffness and pain!

For a few years I have suffered with really bad neck problems from incorrect pillows causing nerve issues, sleep issues and at times severe discomfort during the day after a nights sleep.
