    Better than expected

    It claims to aid in stopping snoring - not sure about that as my snoring doesn't keep me awake! I have had great nights sleep since using the pillow. I always get to sleep with no problems but my trusty app on my watch is saying that my sleep is over 84/100 each night.

    Go for it!!

    I'd been struggling with headaches, neck pain as well as pain in my back and arm for a few months. I was recommended groove pillows to help give better support during sleep and I can happily say that after using for around a week I've been headache free ever since and I am sleeping so much better.

    It takes a bit of getting used to, and the pillow was quite firm initially, but it does soften up and has really helped! Would recommend this to anyone with neck pain, headaches or any kind of head/neck discomfort in their sleep.

    Painless sleep

    I have been using my pillow for several weeks and have noticed a marked reduction in neck pain.

    I was away for 4 nights this week and sleeping with a normal pillow and my neck pain re appeared.
